Established in 2015, GBD Biocare is a distinctively diversified health and well-being company headquartered in Metoda, Rajkot. Our passion for quality stems from the fact that lives depend on the accuracy of our medical precision parts helping people live healthier lives and helping make the health system work better for everyone. The medical community depends on us to develop a variety of CNC machined parts for minimally invasive procedures and implants. We partner with medical OEMs to manufacture critical parts through the entire process; from prototypes, through clinical trials, to full production. Our manufacturing systems are supported by process plans, drawings, capability studies, failure mode and effects analysis, production part approval process, and real-time statistical process control.

Running our machine shop we gained ample experience in the tooling industry. We slowly started finding the tooling industry our next step to explore this industry. This gave birth to Korbax Tools LLP. We already had a team ready who spent 12 years of experience in the tooling industry which was a great support in lifting Korbax Tools LLP. It was easy for us to get the dealership of all our manufacturers because of our current machine shop experience. Today Korbax Tools LLP is having footprints all over India successfully.
